Eva Turner was born and raised in Las Vegas and is one of the managing partners of the firm, which has allowed her to protect the rights of people in the community she loves so much. Eva prides herself on building personal relationships with her clients so that she can understand their stories and truly understand how their lives have been affected.
After graduating from the University of Southern California with her degree in Political Science in 2002, Eva earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Eva worked as a Law Clerk giving her real-world experience while also balancing her studies. During Eva’s time in law school, Eva was also awarded the CALI Excellence Award for American Legal History, an award given to the highest scoring student in the class. After graduating law school and passing the Nevada Bar in 2007, Eva was immediately hired by Schuetze & McGaha as an attorney.
Eva began her legal career working as an insurance defense and family law attorney where she developed skills in litigation strategy and negotiation. Working as an insurance defense attorney taught her how insurance companies evaluate cases and how successful plaintiff’s attorneys were able to maximize results for their clients. Upon realizing her passion was representing accident victims instead of insurance companies, Eva turned her focus solely on personal injury in 2015. Since that time, Eva has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in settlements for her clients.
Eva is admitted to practice law before the State and Federal courts of Nevada and the United State Court of Appeals.
In her free time, Eva loves to travel, cook, and spend time with family and friends.
